We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients and maintain our clean studio standard.
Fills are available within 2-3 weeks of your last appointment, with at least 40% of extensions remaining. Beyond this, a full set may be required.
For new clients or those with sensitivities, we recommend a patch test 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure comfort and natural lash integrity.
